Well, you managed to utterly spread your points too thin, and use all the crappy spammables. And not only are they crap, one is enough when the recharge time is 0 seconds.

And, as I've stated in other places, Flare spam is 188% DPS at 3000% EPS cost compared to Conjure/Wand.

Hmm, I feel blind now, but why is he a Mesmer?

Nothing is to be put in Fast Cast (it's a primary attribute), and all he has is Elementalist spells?

since when can you put points into your secondary's proffesion "primary only" attribute, this is a primary elementalist.

Dude, I've been reading most of your builds, missed this ones tho and I don't want to hear you calling one of your builds crap anymore, your builds are unique and i can't wait testing some of them like the Animal-Lover next BWE, your builds make the time till the BWE/Release harder than anything else...keep up the work mate!
