All of your attack skills become recharged. You gain 5 energy for each skill recharged by Flourish. Skill - 5 energy - 0 cast - 10 recharge this is for energy and adrinalin skills right? or is it just energy skills? |

Cough.
Energy only. Adrenal skills have no recharge timers so they aren't affected.
