Default is it possible this mes/nec would work?

Lemme know. I've never really played a mesmer, more of a necro guy(even though I don't know even that profession very well).

I just put this together, could it work well? Or am I totally off the wagon on this one?

Domination: 10 (+2)
Inspiration: 9 (+1)
Blood magic: 9
Fast Casting: 8

D- Backfire: (15e, 20sec)For 10 seconds, whenever target foe casts a spell that foe takes 35-119 damage

D- Shame: (10e, 30sec)For 4-9 seconds, the next time target foe casts a spell on an ally, the spell fails and you steal 5-12 Energy from that foe, and Shame ends.

D -Wastrel's Worry: (5en, 1sec) After 3 seconds, target foe takes 8-53 damage. Wastrel's Worry ends prematurely if that foe uses a skill.

I -Powerleak: (10e, 20sec)If target foe is casting a spell, the spell is interrupted and your target loses 10-22 Energy.

I -Power Drain: ( 5en, 25sec)If target foe is casting a spell, the spell is interrupted and you gain 1-25 Energy

B- Life Transer: ( 10en, 30sec)For 6-11 seconds, target foe suffers health degeneration of 3-7, which you gain as health regeneration.

B- Life Siphon: (10en, 2sec)For 12-22 seconds, target suffers health degeneration of 1-3, and you gain health regeneration of 1-3.

B -Vampiric Gaze: (10en, 5sec) Steal 18-52 health from target foe

For PvP i would pick up Blood is Power instead of life transfer they are both good skills but BiP helps the team out a ton.

Vampiric Gaze while a decent PvE skill for its self heal is not good in PvP monks are way more efficent at healing and you can find better uses for a skill slot. Life Siphon has promise though because you can use it to cover your backfire to keep it from being removed and it is aproaching usefull healing efficency. It is also nice because it can be used to keep the healing load down for your healers if you decide to use sacrafice skills.

Well thats my 2 cents on a couple things i wanted to point out.

I have to question if BiP is a really good choice, it now sacrifices 33% of your max health, that can be as high as 158 hitpoints... Thats murderous.

Ah but it is soo worth it. its hard for me to give you numbers because they dont have the duration in the description anymore. Basicly you can keep your healers topped off with it or allow them to use more expensive heal spells alot more often.
