Just wondering if it would be worth losing 75 health to move my strength up to 16? I am using strength for the two skills that fortify my health over 250 pts. How much would I gain for those 3 levels? I also would gain some stronger attack skills.

It might not be useful at the moment.

Keep it for later, you will most likely want it. (Some runes increase max health, these can be use at the same time so that the cost of using the +3 strength rune isn't so bad.)

Try it out, it can't hurt. If you're upping strength that in turn gives you more health, maybe those bonuses are unaffected by the 75% decrease? maybe the 75% decrease is only on base health? If so, then you'll gain more bonus in health, which will counter to a point the decrease. Also, how far down in health do you go in a battle usually? If you get to around 75-100,and this is what you're going to lose(if not more), then you're going to want to rethink it, because you're likely going to die in battles easily even with more strength.

It's 75 health, NOT 75% of health.

I was wondering why it was so high. Well then, 75 health for 3 strength, go for it. You'll gain health through your skills, as well as damaging power, and lose very little otherwise. I don't know the skills you're referring to, but at the level you say you're at, I'd give it a good chance that you're going to gain at least 20 health from the strength upgrade, so it takes it down to a 50-55 health loss with a strength upgrade. Very worth it.
