Default Ranger/Necromancer minion build

My first charachter I started is a R/Ne with emphasis on summoning minions with the necro line while building up the Expertise and Marksmanship for ranger damage. I will primarily play solo PvE using henchmen and thought the build would work well for that. Has anyone else tried this build or varied it with more Beastmastery instead of marksmanship. I would like to get my death magic up high to have some decent minions. I am only level 9 so far and would welcome any input.

It could work. I am N/R and I do fine. You might do better cause of the added dmg with the bow.
