Ra/Me vs. Me/Ne
I am wondering which of these builds is a better anti-caster.
These are two builds from the site that would be very close to my final choice. Distracting Shot Marksman's Wager Concussion Shot Penetrating Attack Pin Down Read the Wind Power Spike Shame (by Blackace) Wither {E} Backfire Empathy Power Leak Power Spike Wastrel's Worry Malaise Rend Enchantments (by Blackace) Personally I lean towards Ra/Me at the moment.
