Getting Energy Drain :-)
Ok, I spent a good two hours attempting to get this skill and I finally got it! The purple boss mob Gambol Headrainer does in fact have it, contrary to much speculation from players who have encountered him. He is located directly west of Marhan's Grotto. You must go north east for a while along the path, then go south west until you find a bridge. Cross this bridge, and Gambol and his Ice Imp henchies will be waiting for you. I did this with 3 other guys and no henchmen, as they were killed in the trek. After killing the Ice Imps, we used as many energy leeching skills as we could on Gambol to make him use his elite skill. The key is waiting. He will cast it, but you will prolly have to tank him for about 5 minutes or so. Enjoy!
