Default Monk resurrect for pets

I've been looking at the skills list to see if there are any monk skills that can resurrect pets (so you don't need comfort animal or revive animal). Does Dwayna's Light or any of the other resurrect skills bring back pets?

Nope, pets can only be resurrected by their owners.

Monk’s resurrect only works on character’s and not pets (although the heal spells work fine on pets). Pets need the comfort animal skill to be resurrected.

I admit it’s infuriating, my main character is a Monk/Ranger and I have to take two resurrect abilities with me if I want to resurrect both my party and my pet (which heavily limits my skill options).

In fact, I think I can feel a post in the Sardelac Sanitarium thread coming on.
