If you do PvP make sure you bring rend enchantments and shadow of fear. Probably the two best necros skills in the game and I noticed both of them are absent from your build.

5 attributes is spreading yourself thin and making your skills weaker than you probably should have them. I would personally drop Curses or Blood Magic.
