Default Ranger/Monk build

Been reading through the forums and different sites to get a general knowledge of the game before I start playing tomorrow. I decided to go Ranger/Monk, and came up with this build. Keep in mind this is all in theory, but I guess I'll see how it goes once I start playing

I'd appreciate any suggestions I could get on this, thanks in advance.

Class: Ranger / Monk

Attributes: (cost) '+' indicates Rune attributes
Expertise: 10+4 (61)
Beast Mastery: 4+1 (10)
Marksmanship: 11+1 (77)
Wilderness Survival: 9+1 (48)
Smiting Prayers: 2 (3)

Total attribute points used: 199/200

Skills: [Attribute] (Energy, Cast Time, Recharge TIme)
1) Pin Down [Marksmanship] (15,0,15) Bow Attack: If Pin Down hits, your target is crippled for 13 seconds.

2) Penetrating Attack [Marksmanship] (10,0,3) Bow Attack: If Penetrating Attack hits, you strike for +15 damage and this attack has 20% armor penetration.

3) Debilitating Shot [none] (10,0,5) Bow Attack: If Debilitating Shot hits, your target loses 10 energy.

4) Barrage [Marksmanship] (5,0,1) Bow Attack: All your preparations are removed. Shoot arrows at up to 5 enemies near your target. These arrows strike for +13 damage if they hit. This is an elite skill.

5) Judge's Insight [Smiting Prayers] (10,2,10) Enchantment: For 10 seconds, target ally's attacks deal holy damage and have +20% armor penetration.

6) Tiger's Fury [Beast Mastery] (10,0,10) Stance: All your non-attack skills are disabled for 5 seconds. For 7 seconds, you attack 33% faster than normal.

7) Troll Unguent [Wilderness Survival] (5,3,10) Skill: For 10 seconds, you gain health regeneration +8.

8) Barbed Trap [Wilderness Survival] (15,2,20) Trap: When Barbed Trap is triggered, all foes in the area take 50 piercing damage, become crippled, and begin bleeding for 18 seconds. Barbed Trap ends after 90 seconds. While activating this skill, you are easily interrupted.

The way I thought of this build was that I could do a usual barrage attack w/ judge's insight and tiger's fury, and for single targets, pin down, debilitating shot, and penetrating attack. I'm not too sure of how well barbed trap would be in pvp, I'm assuming that the people can easily run around the trap. In that case I could replace that with some interruption (distracting shot/concussion shot), or lightning reflexes for some defensive skill. Troll unguent would be to heal of course, and if need be, I could change #8 to a rez spell.

Default quick question

quick question...

for the move "Heal Other" - Heal target other ally for 35-151 Health

...am i able to use that spell on myself? or .. can it only be used on an ally...

If it says 'other ally' you can't use it on yourself. If it says just 'ally' you can.

BUMP, was considering savage shot for some interruption, perhaps for #8 spot whenever needed. Please critique.
