Ok, this is probably a stupid question, but from what ive read you get dual shot/ignite arrow pre-sear, but where? Ive talked to Nente, Ivor, another ranger i dont remember...i have every skill but these 2 and no idea where to get them.

Hmm, i'll give it another try, but last time i talked to him he told me to talk to Nente, so i went to Nente and he told me to talk to him...

In ashford there's a quest - something to do with a horn - that takes you to find aidan. He's pretty well hidden south of the fishing village.
