Novelty Builds
None of these are really intended to be practical.
+20% enchantment length hilt
Divine Intervention/Spell Breaker (prevents death/prevents spells being cast on you.)
Blessed Aura (+30% to enchantment length)
Arcane Echo
Intended to lengthen divine intervention or spell breaker long enough to keep one of them constantly running.
+38 for divine favor
Aura of Faith (+45% more when healed)
Life Attunement (+43% more when healed)
Divine Healing (Large heal I picked out of the air. Heals 210 health)
Divine Boon (+61 health to any heal)
Simply intended to heal for the most possible. Divine Healing is just an example.
210+(43%x210)=300+(45%x300)=435+38+61=534.
Arcane Echo
Echo [E]
Chaos Storm
Arcane Conundrum
Iron Mist
Gale
This build is intended to be used on someone casting something long. Meteor shower would be lovely. Arcane Conundrum doubles casting times, but if you want to use it on an enemy that moves a lot, I put in iron mist (90% slower, but nulls the damage) and gale (knockdown).
This can also be used (with rather murderous results) in 4v4 in a bottleneck when theres a few W/Mo's on both sides and they engage each other on the bridge. The result can be a few enemies in the same spot for a fair length of time, and an opportunity to use this.
Overall it drains 360 health and 180 energy. Noone has that much energy, of course, but it means that if theres even a one-second opening it takes away 18 energy.
Empathy
Insidious Parasite
[E] Spiteful Spirit
Fairly basic, I think, but it still takes off 72 health every time an opponent hits. I'd combine this with some enchantment removal to get rid of protection enchantments, since it's likely to be used on tanks.
I'll put more up later.

I've given Fast Casting nuker a shot in CA
Fire Attunement
Elemental Attunement {e}
Fire Storm
Meteor Storm
Fireball
Mantra of Resolve
Ether Feast
Ressurection Signet
Not the exact build (I forget off the top of my head what it was, exactly), but useful if you enjoy having one of the worst after-casts in the world. Pinpointing them in the right spot is essential.
Also, I made a build to utilize two of the 'worst' skills (Holy Wrath and Keystone signet) as a Signet Monk in the Monk section. Basically, Points in Inspiration, Divine Favor, Smiting Prayers, and take the following skills.
Mantra of Inscriptions
Holy Wrath
Signet of Devotion
Blessed Signet (In case you need to reapply HW. I use it to use Mantra of Inscription at the beginning, since I wear all Judges.)
Bane Signet
Purge Signet
Ressurection Signet
Keystone Signet
I won't bother going into a deep explanation, as I already have done one :P
By the way, does chaos storm deal damage to someone under the effects of Iron Mist? Iron Mist should block all damage, right?

Yeah, iron mist would block out the damage. But if you're getting the monk, the energy drain is a bit more important...
...how exactly is that illusion of weakness build supposed to work?
