I use 55 invinci monk gear, with 16 smiting, rest pro/div to run in the desert.

I get poisoned and sometimes die to vile touch, its like a poison attack from these little spiders.

When I try to run from augory to destinys gorge, at the end I lose my reg from the bleeding, and get interupted like if I use other skills.

My health is all that is left, and I am left with pro spirit on and no reg, what spells could be useful?

Any spells that target ME, that say.... next time you take damage, your healed for xx instead?

Or a skill that can target myself and take away bleeding or poison?

I don't see a reason why invinci-monks should be running; they are really ineffective in the desert with all those scarabs running around. That's a warrior's job

Or use normal monk armor

Indeed, Mo/Me is not suite for running.

If you really wanna enjoy running monk, change your 2nd class to Warroior (Mo/W) use Mending + Balt's Spirit + protective spirit + Healing Breeze + Sprint + Holy Veil... try this out and see the different, with this build I have no problem to run myself to Mineral Spring from Granite Citadel... likewise at desert, use Healing Breeze before you think you'll agro in the group of mob, to run into the mob and cast sprint.

Try this out and you'll c the different.

Try to run Amnoon -> Augury with this build

Invincimonk is probably one of the worst runners honestly. You constantly have to stop to reapply your spells, and as a Mo/Me, the only running skill you have available anyway is Illusion of Haste, which isn't very good. I agree with others, switch to Mo/W, and forget the superior runes.

If you're really serious about running with Mo/Me around that area, maybe bring spellbreaker?

Desert is one of the hardest (if not the hardest) place to run for an invinci-monk. Jade Scarabs move very fast and use chillblains as soon as they get close to you so you lose one enchantment (even Spellbreaker).. and they move in groups so...

I cant use sprint, as warrior secondary because I cant use primary stuff because warrior is secondary right?

Btw spellbreaker sounds cool.

If I am running, and things get too tough, like RIGHT BEFORE GORGE, I am gonna try lvl 16 aegis, and let that momma try to protect me.

Btw it feels good to hear people say, damn that monk is good for a runner, I mean... I am a monk.me I like being unique.

But if I switch to warrior? I can use sprint? I thought I wasnt alowed strength moves..

I was looking at possible things I could use and all I found was charge..

Spellbreaker sounds cool, just cast it when I see those little spiders?

any other suggestions?

I just ran 4 peeps to dunes and made 2k off my invinci monk, so I would differ with your comments about how I suck

also what skill could take crippled off me after illusion of haste is done?

the condition cripple will be on me for 15 seconds, what non elite skill could i use on myself to destroy the condition?

spellbreaker would be ok, but it wont protect you from the scarabs. they use an area-effect enchant remove. they remove ANY enchant. including spellbreaker.
sprint is srteignth-related, maybe wait a while and cap the elite charge. its tactics

I have now perfected running to all three missions on my monk mesmer

There are just too many skill combinations, and I guess it just takes some practice, and boy do I love spell breaker!

Of course you can (assuming you switch to Mo/W)
You just can't put any attribute points into it.
But you can still get 8 seconds out of Sprint with 0 attribute points in strength, so it's definitely usefull.
