Question Does anyone know a Good W/M Fow Build?

Ok this is my first time on this forum so hopefully this is the right board. Im a W/M and am wondering if anyone has a good solo fow build. I know there are some good ones but, clearly I don't know them.

I use an axe but if a sword Is better I dont mind spending money on a good sword and skills.

welcome to the forums. yes, you are in the right spot. however, people generally don't like the "hi. give me xxx build please." threads because it shows little effort from the poster. a lot of builds are already posted throughout the forums, and using search or just browsing might get you more than simply posting a new thread about it.

with that said, the only known warrior solo fow build was originally posted by racthoh here:
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=77852

for team based builds, you can start browsing with this thread:
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=81581

it contains links to a few older threads in which fow tanking was heavily discussed. it might not be exactly what you were looking for, but they are good reads.

a better thing to do would be to post your own build and get comments and suggestions for it. most people won't just give you a build because you asked for it.

attacker, have you read through the threads that i linked to?

if you plan on bringing your griffon farming build into fow, i would highly suggest reading through those threads first, then tweak your build accordingly. griffon farming and fow are two completely different things. not to mention thousands of griffon farming builds have already been posted.

Agreed, I have grouped with countless warriors who bring their w/mo griffon farming builds to FoW. To be blunt, they were all subpar and not only died fairly easily but would never have a res of any form (because they're used to soloing and required 8 skills to do so naturally).

Aside from... I believe maybe the first group of shadows to your left once you enter will be one of the only mobs that doesn't remove your enchantments. So unless you farm griffons without any enchantments, you're going to encounter numerous problems. Spiteful Spirit, Empathy, Shadow Warriors using Healing Signet, Shadow Monks constantly healing... you won't be a very productive member of the party is what it comes down to.

Ugh, No I didnt mean using my griffon build on fow. Its stupid I know, griffons are easy to farm as they use only plain attacking spells. I was just wondering how fast people farm Griffs and wheter I could help by saying mine.. Thats all.

A quick and easy tip is to utilize as many stances that you can run one after the other. The rest should be devoted to armor boosting/attack skills. Leave the healing to your monks.
