You could put points into smiting and use Judges Insight. IMO, its better to have someone else buff you up rather then stoping every 15 or so seconds to put it back on your self.
Or, you could use pure addrenaline skills and bring Succor or another enchantment and put that on your monks.
Don't bring self healing or stances. Leave the healing up to your monks and try to be pure damage.

Im much better at caster characters then I am at making warriors. But heres some suggestions.
Axe: 16 (superior + hat)
strength: 10 (minor rune)
Smiting: 9
Evicerate {E}
Executioners strike
Penetrating Blow
Swift Chop
Sprint
Frenzy
Judges Insight
Rez sig
Make sure your monks have hex and condition removals because they can really gimp your warrior if they are not removed.
You could use this pure addrenaline build below to help out your monks. This is probably better for team arenas when you have 1 monk:
Sword: 16
Strength:10
Protection: 9
Battle Rage {E}
Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash
Final Strike
Life Bond
Succor
Rez Sig
Put the enchantments on your monk

It's all adrenaline-based, so there's no worry about succor sucking him dry.

Whenever the target of succor casts a spell, the person holding the enchantment loses 1 energy. With two enchantments running, you get 0 pips of regen back, meaning after 20 casts or less, you will have 0 energy and the spells will end.

No i've used that build before and the only time the enchantments come off is when you have negative energy regen. Even at zero energy when succor makes you lose 1 energy, it still stays on.

thats right you can lifebond and succor without worrying about them ending
but id use only one enchant and cast it on 2 than using up 2 slots and casting on 1

btw there are equally effective battlerage axe warriors
16 axe
13 str
use +20% axe mastery
battlerage
penetrating
dismember
axe rake
executioners
disrupting
succor(or drop str to 12, prot to 6 and bring life bond)
res
Ofcourse this one isnt as powerful as the vicious BR gash->galrath->final combo but it does give a bit more utility that is sometimes needed against that tough monk TA monk with axe rake to prevent kitting and disruptive chop which can almost singlehandedly be the decided factor in a 4v4 match if a lucky swipe hits a crucial monk skill against a monk that dies hard.
And then you get to spam penetrating blow every 3 hits which can usually turn out to be a 70-80ish damage attack with no breaks in dps from a complete drain from final thrust.
