''random'' arena w/mo
just an idea i have done a little testing and it complements most teams nicely enough
12 tactics(max) +1 +(however-many u like)
8 strength +1
8 sword +1
7 protection
skills:
thrill of victory (tac)
desperation blow (tac)
riposte (tac)
watch yourself (tac)
heal signet (tac)
mend ailment (prot)
life bond (prot)- used on monk or the teams most valuable.
res signet
use a sword with a condition lengthening mod.
this does good dmg vs eles necros rangers falls down against monks a bit but against most wariors riposte chews them up.
This build is based around tactics beacuse i wanted to try using thrill of victory ,desperation blow and riposte as replacments to the normal weapon skill linked attacks that would go there the mend ailment and life bond dont need to be there i just used them because i favour them personally for random arenas.

1. Why the condition lengthening mod? Because of Desperation Blow? Seems like a better mod would be more suited.
2. I'd reduce your strength to nothing since the armor penetration doesn't help you at all. I would move more into Tactics to help those skills. You could almost totally nuke your Protection Prayers as well, since the extra points are only helping your mend ailment healing, which you don't depend on healing for anyways.

I must agree with Jetdoc, you don't need strength at all, so so you can do:
Tactics: 12 + x
Sword: 8 + 1
Prot: 10
Str: 2 + 1
Or switch sword and prot.

Or forget prot prayers, usually if you get a monk on your team when the enemy doesn't have one, one life bond isn't worth nerfing your dps.

Couple things. First, why don't you have an elite skill in this build? I would drop reposte, personally, maybe pick up warrior endurance or flourish since your build is pretty energy intensive, or switch to axe and grab eviscerate, or maybe run life barrier instead of life bond.. I'm not a huge fan of tactics in PvP myself... I think you would be better off investing in your weapon skill and taking skills from your weapon, maybe something like:
Sword 16
Healing 8
Strength (whatever's left)
Galrath Slash
Final Thrust
Hamstring
Life bond
Healing Breeze
Purge conditions/Mend ailment
Berserker Stance
Res sig
If you want to keep tactics, you could take points out of strength, add in thrill of victory, then you can spike galrath, thrill, final.

ok the main problem in this build IS the energy consumtion but riposte is an excelnt skill it is basicly an attack (just not aimable) because it chews through warroirs very well if i were to remove a skill it would be watch your self and replace with perhaps flourish or endurance but give riposte a try before you say its worthless its one of the best skills out there

Just an added note. If you actually use Riposite + Deadly Riposite + Gladiator's Defense{E}, you've got yourself a "Thorns" Warrior (just a name I gave my build)

Yes, but you are also doing very poor DPS unless they have warriors targeting you. The ability to do mass damage to only warriors is not very benifical, since warriors are low-priority targets. Not only that, but thier team needs to be hitting you, a warrior in the first place.
Its the same deal as mending really. By the time it does anything at all, its worthless. Sure, it might help in a 1v1, but desiging a build around the offchance the match ends in a 1v1 is a bad idea.
Warriors should focus on doing straight damage in PvP. Focus on what works good vs high priority targets. If it works fine on a caster, it will work good enough on a warrior. That being said, a barrier/bond warrior is not an inherently flawed idea. I've seen some pretty nasty teams (that would have been owned by 1 rend, but thats another matter) based on W/Mo enchant stacking in TA. Defensive Skills (Aimed at the monk or higher priorirty target!) on a warrior, tricky, but ok. Using SELF defenese skills, bad idea.

I see where you're coming from Katari, with this skill setup said above, you have to be damaged in order for you to do some damage.
