you mean the desert griffons.... here is what i do.. cyclone, glads, bonettis, living vicariously, healing breeze, mending, vigousous spirit, ... pattern for me when i have 20 energy is, mending, living vicariously... aggro a group of trolls or griffens. 5 energy left for 1 cyclone.... with that you should get bonettis up... vigoruous spirit. At all times eitehr bonettis or glads must be up for this to work...Variations use a vampire hilt, dolyets, and judges insight, and/or balthazaars aura and/or blathazaars spirit.

I think I know what one you are talking about. It was originally posted by Tailii Monkey for Hydra farming, but I find it effective for Griffons and Minotaurs also.
Healing: 8
Strength: 9+1+1
Axe M.: 11+3
Tactics: 8+1
Skills:
Cyclone Axe
Watch Yourself
Doylak Signet
Healing Hands [E]
Healing Breeze
Vigorous Spirit
Live Vicarously
Balthazars Spirit
I would suggest taking out healing breeze for Flurry or Frenzy(you heal fast enough) for when you fight one on one; I don't find myself using Healing Breeze nearly enough to be useful. Keep BS, LV, and VS on at all times, and I usually alternate between Doylak and Hands, just cause I get enough energy anyway. Hope this was the one you were looking for. I have yet to die with it.

Or to actually kill them fast...
Axe: 9+1
Tactics: 12+3+1
Strength: Leftovers
Healing: 9
Cyclone Axe
Bonnetti's Defense
Watch Yourself
Penetrating Blow
Gladiator's Defense
Healing Breeze
Live Vicariously
Vigorous Spirit
If you don't use a Zealous Hilt, swap Mending for Watch Yourself! even though the added healing is not necessary.
Live Vicariously and Vigorous Spirit give MORE than enough healing, and Breeze is good for if you wander into a trap.
Penetrating Blow could be swapped for Healing Signet or Sprint if you feel either are necessary.

I have a good one! My own...
Gladiator's Defense
Deadly Riposte
Riposte
Rush [Or what ever you want]
Bonetti's Defense
Healing Breeze
Mending
Live Vicariously
I can take out the monk boss so fast!
Attributes:
10 Healing
3 or 4 Strength (What is left over)
9 or more Swordsmanship
16 Tactics
I've died maybe 2 or 3 times. Take all griffons that I can group.
Just when you fight the monk boss, don't use Deadly Riposte until the other griffons around are dead, or he will use healign breeze. Just time your skills, and use your healing breeze. Have fun!

earth 1 owns them all, 14 +tactics, 12 earth. Cyclone/bonettis/glads defence/armor of earth/crystal wave/aftershock/healing sig then a skill of your choice. It can do trolls/griffons/minotaurs the fastest now a days since the aoe nerf. How are you meant to kill with the top build?? spend 30 minutes using cyclone axe :S

thats pretty much what i do for minotaurs and griffons. glad's defense, riposte and deadly riposte for damage and bonnettis for energy. i take vigorous spirit and breeze. i never need live vicariously or mending. killed the griffon monk boss with this. it took a while still. i dont see how you can solo with nothing but cyclone axe and glad's D for damage output. i know you'll stay alive but it must take hours.

DO you guys actually throw cyclone out first after aggroeing? Why not aggro, cast Glads D, Vig Spirit,Cyclone, Executioners strike, cyclone, Executioners strike, cyclone then Bonettis D, cyclone ,bonettis ,cyclone, bonettis, until galds recharges. This way Glads and Vig spirit with recharge at the same time and you're less likely to get hit with a distracting shot from the devours.

I use Glads defense, both riposts, heal sig, bonnettis, defensive stance, gash, and an auxiliarry(sever arytery but i dont use it). With 13 in sword and 16 tact i can take any group of griffs and minotaurs. heal sig is at 159 at 16 tact.
