Im looking for a helm which puts up hammer mastery +1 from collecter. Not the crappy droks one from armour trader.

In what way do you consider the Drok's helm to be crappy? If you think it's armor class is low, you're in for some disapointment. Droks is the best you can get.

If you want a collector's helm that has +1 hammer, the Dwarven Helm only requires 5 forgotten seals at a collector in Amoon Oasis. It's exactly the same as any DF hammer helm, just a little cheaper.
