has this been altered in any way with the update ? 20% casting bonus on staffs now state that the delivery a halving in the casting time, I wondered in BSboots now were explicit about what bonus they bring?

Yep , they now have an effect according to the description on the boots.
"Casting speed of spells that target corpses are reduced by 25%"

Well, they offer an official description now, but they still don't work at all.

Is the problem simply that the cast time reduced by 25% still rounds to the original time with the way GW deals in fractions?

Perhaps it is noticable if you have a "longer casting" hex on you?

GW does not round cast times. period.

How many skills have casts under 1 second? MANY. These cast at 1/4 (or whatever) seconds as advertised.

Using BSB, raising Fiends/Horrors should take 2.25s, not 3.0s. But it still takes 3.
