What set for healing
What set do you use when you are healing in a group? I am looking for the best stats.

Something like this (PvE healer):
Monk/Necromancer Level: 20
Divine Favor: 11 (9+2)
Healing Prayers: 13 (12+1)
Protection Prayers: 4 (3+1)
Blood Magic: 9
- Orison of Healing (Healing Prayers)
Heal target ally for 63 points.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:2
- Dwayna's Kiss (Healing Prayers)
Heal target other ally for 54 points and an additional 18 points for each Enchantment or Hex on that ally.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:3
- Heal Other (Healing Prayers)
Heal target other ally for 161 points.
Energy:10 Cast:0.75 Recharge:3
- Healing Touch (Healing Prayers)
Heal target touched ally for 54 points. Health gain from Divine Favor is doubled for this Spell.
Energy:5 Cast:0.75 Recharge:5
- Mend Ailment (Protection Prayers)
Remove one Condition (Poison, Disease, Blindness, Dazed, Bleeding, Crippled, or Deep Wound) from target ally. That ally is healed for 22 points for each remaining Condition.
Energy:5 Cast:0.75 Recharge:2
- Well of Blood (Blood Magic)
Exploit nearest corpse to create a Well of Blood at its location. For 15 seconds, allies in that area receive +4 Health regeneration.
Energy:15 Cast:2 Recharge:2
- Offering of Blood [Elite] (Blood Magic)
Sacrifice 10% maximum Health. You gain 15 Energy.
Energy:5 Cast:0.25 Recharge:15
- Rebirth (Protection Prayers)
Resurrect target party member. Target party member is returned to life with 25% Health and zero Energy, and is teleported to your current location. All of target's skills are disabled for 8 seconds. This Spell consumes all of your remaining Energy.
Energy:10 Cast:6 Recharge:0

If a necro is along that uses corpses then I don't bring WoB. Mend Ailment may vary also.

What armor should I use. Right now have the Ascetic set but im looking to put the -hp runes on it. Would that still be ok?

I prefer as much energy as possible so have all tattoos. Besides, what is +5 armor - I think that's what the +armor offers? Or +10? Compare that to 1-2 more spells.

If you're going to be hanging back on the fringes and healing, full Aescetic's tatoos are probably the way to go. If you find yourself getting caught up in the thick of things fairly often, or if you want to use the same suit of armor for PvE and PvP, Judge's/Censor's is a good choice.
For most situations, I like Judge's chest/legs and Aescetic's hands/feet. Torso and legs get hit most often, so it's nice to have the extra +10 physical in those areas. Hands and feet get hit least, so you can sacrifice protection for energy in those slots without worry.

I've got two sets of armor on me at all times. My full tattoo, full superior 55 Monk set and my regular set (Wanderer's chest and legs, tattoo arms and feet, all minors). I start out in my regular set. If I'm not getting hit much, but I need more energy and better heals, I'll switch in my Sup DF Tattoo chest. If I need even more, then I can switch in the legs.
Weapons - I've got a collector's 20%/20% Healing focus and two wands. One is 10%/10% global recharge/cast speed and the other is a +5 energy (permanently, I don't have to be enchanted or hexed or anything). I actually got the wands for a combined total of 24 gold .
Build:
Healing Prayers - 12
Divine Favor - 12
Orison of Healing
Signet of Devotion
Word of Healing
Healing Seed
Divine Spirit
Rebirth
Mend Condition/Remove Hex
Heal Party
With Divine Spirit, I can spam Orison, WoH, and any other 5 energy cost items (for a DF bonus, if nothing else). Combine that with Signet of Devotion and I almost always have enough energy to last through a battle. This setup is designed to perfectly complement a healing Monk. He can keep someone alive during spikes (RoF ftw) and mitigate damage, I can very efficiently do all the maintenance healing.
Of course, this is purely a PvE setup.

So 3 of my skills are area dependent, but for the most part I go with the first skill in each of those options. It also depends if I'm the only monk as well for energy management purposes (ie. would drop heal party if I was the only monk and maybe take word of healing over OoB).

+27 healing ankh (which I would not take if I didn't have OoB)
Ascetics
69 energy
This is all assuming you meant PvE, of course.

Wearing full censors, with this build I never experience any energy management problems, the most important thing is to think and while doing so I end up casting only rarely any other spells than WoH and seed. For emergencies I just move in and spam 5 ener spells with channeling on allowing 3-4 ener regen per spell cast.
