Been playing this game for 3 months now (still a newb) and i'm on my 2nd char a warrior/monk and need help with an easy farming build to get me started. I've been looking at axe/griffon builds for the last three days by using the SEARCH facility but there are so many and i don't know how many of em are still valid.
My current equipment is :-
Max damage collectors axe +15% while enchanted
Thorgalls sheild
Gladiators armour with knights helm

So if you could just tell me a simple build to get up an running and what runes and weapon upgrades i should seek out. thanks all

Yes thanks antisocial i did look at that one already but i would like one that uses monk skills too especially as my weapon and sheild require enchantments. So which enchantments are best etc? and also what grips and runes should i buy? ( i don't have much money left so superior absorb and vigor are out of the question). Just advice thats all, it don't cost nothing

when you are farming, the most important damage you deal will not be from your weapon so the +15 dmg when enchanted doesnt really matter that much.

I have found that the staples of most of the farming builds are the following skills no matter the secondary:

- Dolyak signet (alot of extra armor, and u cant be knocked down)
- Gladiators defence (deal dmg to those who hits u)
- Deadly riposte (deal dmg + cause bleeding on attacking foes)
- some other stance to use while GD is recharging. i use Bonettis defence for the energy regain.

I'm W/Mo when playing in storyline but change to W/R when farming because of Apply poison. Using deadly riposte and poison will give a health degen of 7 for 24 seconds or so, which is quite nice =)

I usually fram sand drakes and because of their ward of melee i make sure they are hurt when they hit me, instead of me wanting to hit them. I dont have any sup runes and I'm doin pretty ok anyways..

havent tried this meself, but this seems to be a user-friendly and effective build using enchantments

Check the Warrior's build thread. There should be a guid eor two there to farm Griffons.
