this is retarded. 5-10 dmg? waste of time except for arena, and even if you use it, it means you're dead anyway. that's just my opinion

not all skills are about damage. this is one of the most usefull exptertise skills out there...one of the most usefull ranger skills.

Arrow? Or non-magical projectile?
If I recall correctly, it'll turn wand/staff hits into piercing damage to adjacent foes as well, when it blocks them.
It's the long 75% block rate that makes this skill expensive, however.

Wand does it too.
One of the ways to farm Grawl outside Port Sledge is to use Wihrling Defense as your major dmg skill. The Crone's wnd you and the hammer grawl get hurt lol.
