Default Question about Symbiosis skill

Does Symbiosis raise the health of the enemy creatures? The description might indicate this.

Yes, Spirits affect all players and enemies in range.

Yes and after a recent update(not so recent) it has been made such that the spirits cannot affect one another.
Like fertile season increason the health of all creatures in the area but not any spirits
