False. This entire paragraph is wrong. The information Eonwe posted is in fact correct. The current state of the Knight's armor absorption being global might be a bug, or perhaps the manual you quoted is out of date. Lots of the posted and printed material on this game is outdated. Since you "couldn't remember exact numbers," did you just pluck them out of the nearest orifice?
I have tested it myself (but with Knight's Gloves) and my results match.
If you don't want to believe it, fine. Keep using full Knights.

Er, neither Sprint nor Frenzy was in the build I quoted. I was just saying which skills of those 8 are worth having, not which warrior skills are worth having in general.

Well you didn't think much or read much of the posts then.
Actually it started with a Warrior Setup and ended with a row about "Is the Knight Armor -2damage effect global or not?"

Hehe, yea. I actually just tested right after I saw the kid's post (to make sure it hasn't been changed) both with boots, then with gloves. Got the same results.
