Default What is a Good Running Build?

I always see people selling running services for 1-2k, and I am one of those people who refuse to pay for something like that because it is after all a game!!

So I like to do the running myself, (I die a lot but it does not matter). Looking for some advice on a good build for running. I am a W/Mo, and this is my first character so not a ton of extra stuff.

balanced stance is always a good idea
and sprint of course

for the rest, i think some protection skills like protective spirit?

edit: so i think you just need to put all ur att points in tactics and protective prayers, coz ur not going to hit stuff while running anyway

Do you know that when he is saying 1-2k, it means in game gold?

Ya, all of the above, but make SURE you have sprint. Ive seen runs go bad because of people without sprint.

W/Mo, because you can heal and absorb damage. Also sprint + charge! can stack and is effective. Balance cant be used with sprint because both are stance but balance can be used with Charge! because Charge! is a shout. Which should be used to get through the areas where you can be knocked down. You just need to familiarize yourself with the route and where you need to use certain skills.

And at least one with all the runner builds. If I don't give the link, it is deliberate.

Dweet, I sprint and charge don't stack. I have used both at once and don't notice any speed boost.

As for a W/Mo running build, mine is:

Charge {E}
Sprint
Balanced Stance
Endure Pain
Healing Signet
Purge Conditions *or* "Shields Up!"
Healing Breeze
Mending

I cannot remember my attributes perfect but I belive it was something like:

Healing prayers: 9 or something
Strength: 10+1 or something
Tactics 12+1+1 or something

Well fiddle around with your attributes until breeze gives you +7 rege, charge 11 seconds. Then remaining into strength, witch should give you a 12 second sprint.

For gear go with Full gladiators with 1 peice of knights or ascalon. The healing ahnk you can craft at forge (45/5). And if you can, get your hands on a +5 energy sword. It is not necesary because I normaly never need that 5 energy.
