You can capture this skill off the final (Centur) boss of the Blood and Smoke quest. It's well worth it as you get it about 1/3 the game ahead of others, even people doing the Hero's Audiance quest for it.

Where is the blood and smoke quest. Is there any other place i can cap it or find it besides droknars?

This is very good, even if you dident trigger it or was there when triggerd you can walk into it after it goes off and be burned.
