Did you check it under Healing Skills? if so and its not there is this for PvP cause normally in PvE it says UnKnown when your trying to buy a skill that you have already. If its for PvP i would get a regular char and go buy it to unlock it for PvP

Are you trying to buy it from a Priest of Balthazar?

That would be why it says (Unlocked) but isn't in your skill listing. Since PvE characters can't buy skills at Priest's of Balthazar - they are for unlocking skills for PvP characters only. Thus if you had unlocked Healing Breeze with another character but hadn't got it with your W/Mo and went to a Priest of Balthazar, it would say (Unlocked).. whereas if you were trying to buy it from a Skill Trainer it would say (Known)

You need to talk to Sir Bertram (I believe his name is Sir Bertram) in Ascalon City, he's the Skill Trainer. He's the one you want to see to buy skills for use in PvE. You don't talk to the Priest of Balthazar to get skills for PvE, you talk to *name*[Skill Trainer]'s to get skills for PvE.

Priests of Balthazar only sell things for PVP characters. If you want it for PVE, you need to find the correct skill trainer, as noted above, Sir Bertram in Ascalon City
