Wa/Mos in PvP are... isshhhh. It's possible to have a good build, as with any mix, but please be aware of the uselessness of "damage eating soloers tanks of doom" in PvP (people won't be hitting you anymore when they realise it).

For the e/me; using Echo or Arcane Echo (or both) along with some of the more powerful Ele skills that have long recharges is a popular choice.

An ele casting something once every 60 seconds is somewhat wasteful, no matter how good triple meteor shower looks on paper (except on the dais). Personally, due to what I see as overpricing in the ele lines i invariably end up making duel attunment buids, and then echoing flame burst and spamming like hell. Or something similar.

Shockingly, wa/mo can deal damage. SoH and Judges Insight give huge hits, especially when combined with power attacks like protectors, evis, galrath, etc.

Wa/Mo arent isshhh in pvp..... tanks are, albeit they are invariably wa/mo.

W/Mo's are okay, I have nothing against them seeing as how they are self-suffecient (And my first char was w/mo). Carry a mend condition for yourself and a attack skill such as judges insight (I wouldn't recommend SoH since your energy recharge is low enough as it is).

E/Me is good with Echo/Arcane echo. Meteor Shower does work quite well during choke-points but I wouldn't bother for more than 1 player using it. Of course, I'm more of a fan of the earth support or air direct spike.

To answer your question, I really can't imagine a exact build for a W/Mo or E/Me to do in a GvG or HoH Situation because they require a team build. There are plenty of specific ideas out here... find one that fits whatever your running, since I doubt you'd want to fit a W/Mo with no IWAY in an IWAY Party.
