Necromancer primaries are meant to shine in PvE, not PvP. The hardest part about N/W is the fact that some people think that just because they are a Warrior secondary means that they can run in and aggo everything. You can't do this.
There was a good article here:

Thanks, I got a little chuckle out of that "article" and the build in that link.

Wow, ive found out where all those people got the idea of using life transfer.
Can someone just go over this for me:
Life Transfer:
The big brother of Life Siphon. Great for healing you quickly when you have to have it. It's definitely more deadly and less prone to being removed than Life Siphon, but its cooldown leaves something to be desired. This is my elite skill choice.
"and less prone to being removed"
......i dont get it....

Spiteful Spirit would be icing, since it does the same thing, except when the mob attacks, not you.
And I suspect that Lion's Arch is tough for N/Ws because of all the undead. Most of the conditions are useless on them.

With the latest update "look at time stamp" You can now greatly boost either the N/W and W/N by adding Blood Renewal, Demonic Flesh, Endure Pain. W/N Benifit the most from this giving over 900 HP N/W not so much cause they don't get strength as an attrib. But I run both a W/N and a N/W and love em, Just depends if i want to use strength based skills or not.
The one thing most people seem to be concentrating is the necro attributes. With a Warrior class either as first or secondary, if your going to carry a waepon on as necro use a sword and use a minimum of 9 on sword. With the drain abilities of the necro adding bleeding by using sever artery and gash creates a nice combo.
My Bar Generally carries :
Blood Renewal(Used to heal from Demonic Flesh), Demonic Flesh, Endure Pain(Swappable w/to many other skills to list), Enfeebling Blood, Shadow of Fear, Mark of Pain, Sever Artery, Gash. Carry Rez only if u have to.
