Necro using energy degen skills build
Hi.
I need some feedbacks and suggestions regarding this build. I switched my character to N/Me from the previous N/Mo.
Attributes:- Blood - 16 (+4)
- Curse - 11
- Soul Reaping - 5
- Domination Magic - 5
Skills Equipped :- Wither [Elite]
- Malaise
- Life Siphon
- Shadow Strike
- Vampiric Gaze
- Plague Touch
- Hex Breaker
- Res Signet
Strategy :
At the start of the battle, I will cast Hex Breaker to prevent me from receiving any hex conditions for 40 secs. Subsequently after full energy recharge, wither + malaise + life siphon on a particular foe. In this case, the foe will receive a -4 energy degen and a -5 hp degen. (Provided i did not get any interrupt skills and foe did not cast hex breaker) while I managed to counter the hp degen due to malaise thanks to siphon. I will keep up the pressure with shadow strike + vampiric gaze. To date, I am able to cast all these skills in quick succession due to the sufficient energy. The foe will be dead by then if he was also being attacked by my teammates. Plague touch is simply to counter any negative conditions i received in the midst of the battle.
Im pondering since most characters have at least a +4 energy regen, does this build simply stop the enemy energy from regen since wither + malaise will stack for a -4 energy degen. I believe warrior will suffer an energy degen in this case. Degenerating enemy energy or stopping it from regen for a moment will prevent the enemy from casting some of their skills. Well, no skills to cast = Dead Soon
Please provide your suggestions to improve this build further and to enlighten me with regards to the cons of the build. I appreciate all suggestions and feedbacks. Thank you.
