I'm not quite sure what it is you want to do. Is this PvE or PvP..?? ( I'm not even sure that it matters anyway :X )
In the latter case I even think the paladin pre-made kicks more ass....
It just looks like a random assortment of skills and point assignment -- I don't think there's really ANYTHING that can be suggested other than starting over....
If it's for PvP -- Your not making use of your primary attribute Strength, not only that but your Weapon Mastery is below 12 ( which is the minimum level it should be put at ) so your not hitting for the Max damage on your Sword....
Try having a good long, LONG read of the Warrior Basics thread:

Honestly? No, it's not a very good build. It looks like a bunch of things slathered together because it looks cool on first-hand appearance, yet, none of your skills seem to help each other in any way. PvE wise you'll be doing little damage with smite and just sever. You have a decent Health Regen+ but possess no actual direct healing. You're below average in almost all categories.

The success of any given build is also a function of the player's style/skill of playing. If you want to know if any build is good for you then just try it. If it doesn't work then tweak it - that's the only way to learn. In the process you'll get to know the best way to use the build, too.
In other words, you can have a really nice build - but if you don't know how to use it it's worthless. A crappy car driver is going to lose a race - even if he's got the fastest car around.
Bottom line is, at your stage you're asking the wrong question. I could give you the specs on a terrific build but it won't do you any good if you don't know how to apply it - and the only way to learn that is by playing a lot.

Am I the only person who DESPISES Healing Breeze on a W/Mo? I feel it is an utter waste of a skill slot, you shouldn't have to cast it to keep yourself alive, that's the Monks job - you're job is to reduce + inflict damage, not to heal it.

Let's be more precise. The primary role of a tank (I presume, if you're a W/Mo) is to keep the enemy bunched up and occupied fighting you so that a) The casters and monks are uninterrupted and b) so that the casters have a stationary target (you+enemie(s)) so they can do the real damage.
Here's a couple of analogies:
If a caster is a quarterback, the tank is a linebacker.
If a caster was a necro, the tank is a minion.

So get elites...just because you can only field a certain build due to lack of skills doesn't mean its a good one.
And healing breeze sucks since a good monk will have a better one, and will be able to cast it more often due to higher regen/base pool. Why use it when someone else will always have a better version?
