Can anyone make a suggestion for a good Ranger FoW build? I've done a ton of PvE and PvP, but will be going into the FoW for the first time with a balanced group...and would like to contribute as much as possible! I've been thinking about either a barrage ranger build, or maybe a trapper...but would be greatful for any suggestions that people have, as I don't know what kind of enemies to expect in there. The secondary is also flexible...although I thought I might go R/Mo so that I could bring rebirth along. Thanks!

Well seeing as how there are a lot of casting foes there you can't go
wrong with interruption.

Even though Anet ganked the marksmanship interrupts, Choking Gas is
still solid as ever. That coupled with Poison Arrow makes for a pretty
potent Ranger.

Thanks Sister Rosette! Does poison arrow work against a lot of the enemies in FoW? I had assumed they would be mostly things without flesh that wouldn't be hurt by poison...if that's not the case I can stick with my poison/interrupt build that I run most of the time in PvE.

fow..is all undead monsters..bring judges insight. barrage...might grab the wrong group patrolling behind..seeing it is spread attack...but barrage still rocks as a skill, plus combined with judges and a prep.

FoW has one area in which there are undead. Interrupts are probably harder to use since most enemies are using 1 second skills, so unless you have some good reflexes I'd take a different route. Poison arrow with Choking Gas sounds like a good combination.
