You can try N/Me and put tainted flesh on yourself with death magic at level 0 und keep hitting the guy who has fragility with a sword. Or use virulence.

All fragility builds run Mesmer/Necro since you don't put any points into death magic.
Also, Virulence is the nuke in there and by making it have no duration, 0 death magic, you can easily just go pure mesmer.
Standard Mes/Nec frag is almost always based on this skill set [with modifications here and there]
Fragility
Phantom Pain
Shatter Delusions
Virulence {E}
I personally prefer signet of agony + plague Sending in place of PP and SD. It adds more dps to an already high dps output maximizing degen... That and I don't have to worry about conditions hitting myself.
All frag builds are conditions builds...

Remember to keep Wilderness at a minimum so the poison turns on and off quickly... otherwise you only get the hit for the poison arrow going on.

They still pack a punch, but a well played fragger can no longer solo the entire other team in under a minute with some healing love.

A well played fragger could never solo anyone with: mend ailment, healing hands, shielding hands, inspired hex, smite hex, restore conditions etc etc.

Fragility builds are no longer one shot builds where you can waste a guy in mere seconds and become useless for the next 30 seconds or so after that. Fragility is still a very useful spell for adding damage if you run a condition heavy build. Especially with conditions that don't last very long like fire...
