You don't need energy storage if you take Elemental Attunement and Water Attunement.

I ran into someone doing the Me/E ice spear thing in comp arena the other day. It worked reasonably well.

why o why must you think of 8 - w/mo build. I'm almost done with my build for this just need people to test it out... 590 HP with 39 ene hmm.. only problem is the 2 pip energy regen .......

it would actually be -6 energy regen if you used mending on the entire team.
