Best Pve Character
I know that the monk is one of the best for solo and pve action, as well as the warrior, but which one can be used to acheieve higher goals and such. Like the monk can solo uw (or use to). a monk can solo almost anything, but what about our warriors whom we all deleted a long time ago

I guess you need to define what higher goals you're talking about. If you want to solo end-game areas, then Mo/W is by far the easiest choice (Yes there are some other solo builds that can handle the UW, but none are as easy as the well-known 105/55 monks)
If you're goal is getting to the Forgemaster on a regular basis, then a solid team is more important than the character you're playing.
A basic runner is best aided by Warrior skills (again, there are others but warriors are the easiest/most common)
If you want to do the hardest bonuses and quests with only henchies (Glint, Titans, Final Assult) I'd say you're best with a Warrior or Ranger.
Define you're question a little more if you want more input than this.

Im looking for a character that can solo areas, and do things alone, not for the farming, just cuz its much harder and challenging this way. So my guess would be the monk but i was looking for opinions on the war. I hardely ever see veteran players using a warrior unless its in tombs, most of them have deleted their wars and have gone on to casters

I have four chars, Warrior, Monk, Ranger & Elem.
I would say the Monk & Warrior get the most use by far, my ranger & elem are more situational characters. If I could have only one character, it would be a monk. My monk has two sets of armor (sup. run ascetics & 15K judges, asc. arm & feet) so I can run any monk build necessary.

a ranger monk. healing and if u use the right skills combos, then u can have a 75% chance of not getting hit all the times, as well as using snares to run or do damage. we may not be able to melee, but if they can never hit us then that doesnt matter.

I cant decide between my Blood/Domination Me/N (men... ^-^)
or my
Earth E/R (obviosly an error...) With Earth/WS, (self healing)
Either way, those are my two favorite pve characters... and they work amazingly in pvp as well!
