Of all these items, I still think the original poster's is the least useful = -1 health regen without any life stealing? Thats pretty bad.

The -5 energy focus from cities of ascalon is pretty nice (as long as you don't have points into earth), I just need a -energy wand to go with it for even more energy difference, don't think one exists though.

Just take one of those permanent-damage-modded -5 energy axes/swords

This is hard stuff:
Set1: Sword/axe and focus (with a requirement you don't have): -10
Set2: Hod Sword (or this collector's wand outside Nolani) and a regular focus: +17

Makes those "loose all your energy"-spells pretty pointless if you consider you have to invest some energy in the spell anyway...

Back to topic:
My favourite one is yesitsrob's scalp, not entirely useless (if you encounter mursaats and have no other infused item), but pretty pointless to infuse it in the first place

I just did some IDS runs with a guy holding a req. 12 tactics eternal with: armor 16, fire magic +1 (19%), receive damage -1 (vs. char)

How about a gold 7-12 scimitar req 8 or 9 with a +11-12% pruning mod? I almost wish I'd have kept it just so I'd have a pic of how awful it was.

My worst was probably this smiting staff i got on gates of kryta mission, a monk boss dropped it, was rare like 6-12 damage, energy+5, enchantments 20% and a 20% recharge in domination or something and i salvage thinking its a win win situation and end up getting wood

The worst gold item I've gotten (or should I say most disappointing) is:

Chaos Axe
Max Dmg - Req 12
+17% vs. Trolls

Nothing quite like ID'ing an unidentified gold Chaos Axe and getting this ^^.

The worst gold item I ever got was from a chest in FoW it was a scroll with 12 energy req 13 earth magic and had -5 energy

I too have pulled some triple req items out of SF... They are beauties also in this competition of crap, however, I must admit... This Item reigns supreme! The really great thing is that it is almost PERFECT crap!

ahh, my apologies... well, rest assured the item wasn't merchanted, and I'm sure the sword's current owner will put it to good use..

On another note, if I come across another one it's yours free of charge... I usually just give these away to PvP people anyways and I'm sure you or someone else in iQ will find ample use for it

Dmg +16% (vs trolls)

AKA No inherent damage mod!!!
