This necro was tested in 4v4 and made some fun and interesting games. Pick a secondary that people will be less likely to target a Necro for. I'm going to try N/Mo later.

Don't bother charging near any enemies if blood renewal isn't activated. If your health Degeneration from conditions is no worse than -6, you can safely cast blood renewal without dying as long as nobody is attacking you.

Basically the Rotting Flesh diseases nearly the entire arena, prime necro death conditions. Another trick of this build is to always have death nova on yourself. Watch your teammates. If a teammate is near death be sure he has death nova on him. When he dies...BOOM! Then Putrid Explosion, BOOM again! Virulence is put to good use with disease especially on a low hp target or warrior for weakness.

With Malign Intervention+Veratas Gaze, you reduce their healing 20% and grab the lvl 18 bone horror with Veratas. I enjoyed this build. Maybe take N/Mo and use a Rez Spell instead of sig for PvE, and replace Blood Renewal and Veratas Gaze with cheap heals. Will try that later.
