Note... This skill might be bugged... When you use it, the skill that it makes cheaper doesn't cause exhaustion, even if it normally would...

How do you get to Mineral Springs? I must have missed it when I went through with my first character. I didn't see Mineral Springs or Granite Citadel.

This Skill is not bugged, it was changed.
It reduces the cost and removes exhaustion from the next Spell. Please update description. |
