Well when I'm a W/Mo, I use the following build:
(PvP)
Axe 10+1+1 (Rune and Helm)
Healing 8
Strength 7+1
Tactics 7+1
Axe Rake
Dismember
Axe Twist
Disrupting Chop
Executioners Strike
Healing Sig
Mending
Restore Life/Ressurect/Ressurection Signet
Use mending at start and heal sig when hp is low. The Dismember then Axe twist (Axe twist does more damage when enemy is suffering from deep wound)
That's what I use anyway.

I'd take the opposite route to my learned friend. Nothing fancy really, just a standard W/Mo Axe damage dealer.
Axe 16 ( 12 + 4 )
Strength 9 ( 8 +1 )
Smiting 10
Eviscerate (E)
Executioner's Strike
Penetrating Blow / Wild Blow / Swift Chop / Disrupting Chop
Sprint
Frenzy
Strength of Honour
Smite Hex / Mend Ailment
Res Sig

While this is an excellent PvP build, it's absolutely one-dimensional for PvE.

*eek*
Your right -- I've become accustomed to just typing out PvP W/x Axe builds
That's what happens when you play F.E.A.R all night and don't pay attention :X
Things like Cyclone Axe, Balthazar's Spirit, Gladiator's Defense, Shield Stance, Bonneti's Defense and so on are needed to tank in the higher PvE arenas. Pump points into Tactics and your Weapon Mastery at around 12 ( lower if need be... )

in terms of pve, i believe that builds should be flexible.
the one thing that you will be doing at any point in the game is taking on mobs of enemies. for this reason, cyclone axe is a skill worth considering since it does damage in an area and will build adrenaline quickly.

Run stances, some bit of healing, few attacks, cyclone axe. Basically anything works for pve. No frenzy.
