Drok Runner Build
Attributes:
12+1 in strength
12+1 in tactics
Now skills:
Balanced Stance
Charge (elite)
Endure Pain
Healing Signet
Sprint
Purge Conditions
Smite Hex
Holy Veil
Holy veil doubles the casting time of hexes and when you dismiss it, hexes go away. I realize the only means of healing is the signet, but everyother skill is needed, and endure pain is similiar to a +200hp healing spell, so I think it's good.
Any tips?

These four skills appear to be the core to any droknar's runner build. The other four alternate between various types of hex/condition removal, and some sort of healing. Overall, its a good build...

Healing10
Strength 10+ helm + 1
Tactics 11 + 1
Charge
Balanced
Sprint
Endure pain
Purge conditions
Smite Hex
Heal Area
Holy veil
I like heal area more than heal sig, the 2 sec cast time is just so annoying when you're getting mobbed by avicaras... i've never found the energy cost a prob since i could change to my +12 focus.
Oh and i use a -2 dmg while enchanted shield.

I would seriously consider replacing that shield with the collector's one in the desert...you'll find that your sole enchantment (Holy Veil) will be stripped too often to gain the complete benefit. You're almost always in a stance in the running build...

Holy veil getting stripped is a good thing - it removes a hex as it ends. I usually try to find room for mending in there too...
BTW, the best running shields are usually -2 stance and -2 enchant damage reduction OR -3 hexed... these are some fine examples:
