I like using the conjure enchants, for example:Conjure lightning while weilding a shocking ascalon bow with dmg+15% while enchanted, with 10 air magic I think you get about 12 additional lighting dmg per hit,use that with barrage and lightning reflexes and you can do some serious dmg depending on ofcourse what or who you are fighting,I also use lightning strike and maybe gale, but be careful because gale causes exhaustion like quite a few ele skills do,so you cant spam it as much as you would think you could,or you'll find your self with no energy for a few seconds,a few critical seconds if your in pvp,but the potential of combos are pretty cool if you think about it,as long as you dont use barrage you can use preperations like ignite arrows with this and it has some nice effects, factor in the dmg over time of poison and it works really great in pve

The tried-and-true R using conjure <element> like fire and a prep like kindle is a safe and easy way to damage people. You might need to use something like winter spirit vs all the fire dudes at the end of the game. If you use kindle before you conjure flame, you can use a zealous bow string if you want, also. Penetrating attack and dual shot are good with this build, as is going the quick-shot route. I'm not sure if you wanted to use more ele stuff, but that's the build I used through most of the game.

I'm trying a "flame dud" set up that I recently made. I use Ignite Arrows (AoE for the win) first, than Tiger's Furry. I use a Firey Ascalon Bow too, and coupled with Poisen Arrow, I now have poisenous fire damage arrows that area effect. I like it so far, though it's a HUGE energy sucker, I find myself out of energy a lot, and I wear druids. It won't work very well at all if you don't have druid's.
Also, for PvP, you might want to switch Ignite with something else, like conjure.

You can/should use both if you want to go this route, I think.
