Strange Monk Builds
Well we all know mainly about our normal healer type builds. But Im putting up here strange Monk builds that make monks a bit more varied. Im using a Mo/Me and Im currently in ways of testing these builds. Check them out.

This build assumes there is at least another main healer/protector in party. It also assumes party members are decent-excellent damage dealers. This build concentrates on making attacking your allies a risky proposition. First off you get Dwayna's Kiss as your primary direct healing skill. It might not seem like much. But once you stack a few enc on your allies it gets a bonus for each enc on ally. Plus don't forget the Divine Favor healing bonus. Next you get two direct damage skills for annoyance and health chipping. Banish deals a good amount of holy damage while Bane Signet costs no energy and can also knock down enemies attacking. If you see an opportunity you can set up Bane then use Banish on your opponent before he recovers. Retribution is the kind of skill you want to put on at least two members of your team but not more then two. Preferably the team tanks or yourself if enemy is targeting you. Zealot's Fire lasts a whopping 60 seconds and while it lasts every skill you use on ally causes damage on adjacent opponents. Sure its fire damage but nothing beats healing while dealing damage at the same time. Balthazar's Aura costs 25 energy, which is why you brought Channeling with this build, but for the next ten seconds adjacent foes to target ally get hit for quite a good deal of damage. Cast on your tank or on whoever is being the main target. If you have Zealot's Fire up this gives an added damage effect. Healing Breeze is your final main healing skill. Make sure to cast it on those allies who need it, as it recovers rather quickly and lasts ten seconds granting good regeneration effects. Cast Channeling whenever it runs out, as long as you keep Channeling up most of your skills will drain 1 energy from every sorrounding opponent. This in essence means that you can have Channeling up and cast Healing Breeze, Dwayna's Kiss, Banish and if you are good at setting it up any of the other sp based skills for a much less cost then they usually do. Channeling is most effective when there are three or more opponents.

This build assumes there is another primary healer. This build keeps allies well healed and protected. With such buffs as Life Bond, Reversal of Fortune, Mending and Healing Breeze. Blessed Signet will be giving some energy for every enc mantained and this build has Essence bond, Life Bond and Mending which are mantained. Make use of Channeling before starting to use unamntained skills such as Healing Breeze and Reversal of Fortune. Dwayna's Kiss is your direct healing spell, use it whenever your allies need healing and if they have Life Bond and Mending they will get bonus healing. For added energy management purposes we bring Essence Bond which grants one energy everytime ally is hit, needless to say cast on every party member. Make use of Reversal of Fortune to 'catch' enemy attacks, due to Divine Favor it will grant a heal bonus plus the healing done by stopping the attack. Cast Life Bond on all team members to prolong their lives, coupled with Mending and Healing Breeze this should help to mantain the team in good health.

This is one heck of a weird build, it assumes there is another main healer and that team members like to gang up on their targets. Its purpose is to cause health degenration of foes and health regenration of allies. Cast Mending on all of your allies. This will probably lead to energy degenration. Which is why Channeling and Blessed Signet are essential to mantain energy. Cast Healing Breeze whenever possible to keep health regeneration up of team members. Cast Conjure Phantasm and Phantom Pain in conjuction over an enemy that is being targeted by your allies to quicken his death and make healing of said target less effective. Phantom Pain leads to a Deep Wound condition so it is good to use because it cuts health down. Use Dwayna's Kiss and Orison of Healing to quickly heal your team members.

This build assumes there is at least another main healer/protector in party. It also assumes party members are decent-excellent damage dealers. This build is a healer/smite hybrid. You start off with three direct skills. One for damage/health chipping and two to heal your allies. Orison of Healing is self explanatory, but Dwayna's Kiss is special. Along with the Divine Favor bonus Dwayna's Kiss also heal more with the more enchantments on you allies. The three enchantments here are all unmantained. Healing Breeze which adds health regenration to your allies, lasts ten seconds and recovers rather quickly. Zealot's Fire, which purpose is to cast over the tank. Lasting 60 seconds everytime you use any skill on ally it will cause adjacent foes to get hit with fire damage. Granted it might not seem like much but nothing beats healing and casting on your allies while damage is dealt. Balthazars' Aura lasts ten seconds and while it lasts anyone adjacent to ally whom it was casted on suffers holy damage. This is a great enc to combine with Zealot's Fire. Leech Signet and Channeling are there for energy management. With Channeling granting energy everytime you use a sp. While Leech Signet can interrupt a caster a net energy for your own use. This build lacks mantained enc because its idea is to mantain energy regeneration to cast the unmantained enchantments over and over.
