It usualy depends. In HoH I always have it. In GvG... not so much. Players are getting smarter. I'm seeing 90% skill bars with 1 sec or less cast time on all skills. We usually run a couple spirits so were not too worried about interrupting those either.

Oh yeah, I mean, I'd take Melandru's Resilance over Distracting Shot any day. Oh wait...no I wouldn't. I don't think anybody would take Melandru's Resilance...ever.
Traps are great for PvE, but only in some areas. I've yet to see a really good trapper in PvP. The most annoying ones I've faced were on teams where the players ran every which way, but they could have been equally annoying with a Crippling Shot.
Whoever said Charm Animal should be punched in the face.

so far i like using ignite arrow + dual shot. its great for taking out groups of enemies that arent really that strong. i mostly farm for gold outside of gates of kryta at lvl20, works perfectly there.
