It would be nice if this skill was a "for the next N seconds" instead of a spur of the moment....that 25 recharge really blows.

It would rule for energy recharge if it had that duration, because if it would it would definitely be worth the 25 recharge.

It is still one of the best energy providers for the Mesmer. You can get around 40% - 50% of your energy back every 25 seconds (if you find a caster of course). An interrupt is a bonus to me most times when I choose it for my builds. If you think of it that way, maybe it seems more beneficial. There's no better way to get yourself a lot of energy as a Mesmer without investing in an elite (or SoF+Distortion vs. multi-melee targets).
