Default LOOK GUYS It's my skillbar so you can critique it

I don't understand what this whole trend about blacking out your skillbar is (pisses me off to no end) BUT ZOMG I'M POSTING MINE so people can say "wow, that really sucks, here's how you can improve it".

Either that or you can stare at my really hot rangerette and kill some kittens.

Join the trend people.

I like it seems like a good damage build. Although There is one thing, I hate quickshot without quickening zephyr, maybe swap that for barrage or penetrating?

Also, using mark of rod already drains ur nrg, so id unno how u would qs.

Hmm, I took QZ out because I was under the impression that you can no longer reduce recharge time to fractions of a sec?

Healing Spring OMGROLOMAO WHAT A NUBZOR HAHROLFOL!!!!!111

I agree though, blacking out your skill bar is pretty stupid. Your 8 little skills aren't that precious, trust me.

I put healing spring there because since I got points invested in WS I might as well use it to generate some nice hp's when my monk's running back and forth in the backline

Throw in whirling defense so you can tank warriors in PvP, and maybe throw in oath shot as your elite. It's wonderful and will allow you to then recast your enchantment and use whirling defense again if they get removed or something. It's the build I use anyway, and it works well.

Oathshot eh.... Whirling defense I definitely agree with, and is a nice thing to have. I'm not sure how oath shot would fit in, though. I guess it could recharge MoR and Conjure Flames if they get stripped, but i'd lose the dps from quickshot.

Whirling defense I'm not too worried about because no one goes after me anymore since they nerfed spirit spamming I feel unloved.

Most people block out their skill bar because they either are shooting off their mouth without actually knowing what they're arguing about, or, they honestly think people here will immediately jump in and find them and exploit a weakness they see in their "uber leet lineup".

Nice trend, I'll hop on

id hop on as soon as i figure out how to post a pic! help ?

heehee this is off topic so to make myself clean ill ad a critique: healing springs wont be healing you in jam without a good stance to keep you from getting interupted, so either go with troll or add a stance.

sounds like a fun build for 4-4 otherwise

oh and id switch out quick shot... you wont have the energy for it. maybe something like crippling shot? you attack fast with a shortbow anyway (and tf). oath shot would be fun, but im not sure why you would need those preps/ conjure blah recharged too fast.

Just use imageshack to host your picture and use the /img tag

Crippling shot's not a bad idea This build was built for tombs though, but she does decent in arena for sniping monks.

ooooooo... I know a good nuker build when i see one...

try changing your elite skill though. Crippling shot is okay, but poison arrow looks fun with that build.

Poison + Burning = max degen. I think its like 12 or 11, which only goes to ten.

Oath Shot seems kinda pointless in that build. I'd rank it as a nono.

Another matter, that healing spring.
CUT IT OUT! It's a waste. Let the monks do they're job, and you do yours.

I'd say put in Double Shot. Don't know why it's not there in the first place. (its like nuking ranger 101)

i always did like that mark of rodgort but i could never spare enough points to get burning duration to 3 seconds while having my wilderness and marks at satisfactory levels, yeah its mana draining as well so i quit using it on my R/E. It was fun tho.
I'd post up my 8 skills but I change them around so often it really wouldn't matter. Currently i use R/N with weaken armor + horn + penetrating attack and quickshot for the hell of it. It's really fun to zap some guys for nice and high PURE dmg. as compared to elemental.

Why anyone would use Crippling Shot as their elite is beyond me.

If you built this for Tombs I would drop Mark of Rodgort and Glyph of Lesser Energy. Mark of Rodgort tends to be removed fairly quick, plus i personally don't like the fact that it takes two slots to use effectively. I would replace them with Distracting Shot and Pin Down, as you can still get some decent damage out of Kindle and Conjure with Quickshot. I would take Whirling Defense in Arena, but take it out for Tombs, as Rangers are generally targeted after everything else is dead.

gvg flag runner. cripple the other guy thats running the flag, and kill.

1 second recharge its extremely nice to cripple every war constantly and have all the monks run around them in circles

Umm, or not. Note the use of "tank" along with "PvP". This alone should trigger an instant disregard for the post.

How about neither?

Seriously, you can run a QS spiker with Dual Shot/Quick Shot/Distracting Shot/Quick Shot cycle. Lose Mark of Rodgort, it's overpriced junk.

Some number crunching is recommended to determine if the point spread from running Fire Magic makes Conjure worth running, or if Marksmanship/Wilderness is better.
