I was using sword. Because my sever artery did not do any big dmg then i switched to hammer. Then i found that i am having problem with those that use sever with gash and deep wound, etc
I still badly explained something. Am using 3 major absorption one on each armor then 1 superior vigor on another and finally superior hammer mastery on another armor which make a total of 5 runes on 5 different armors.

You can only use one rune of a given type, the rest are wasted. For example:
Superior Health-bonus hp, woohoo! A 2nd Superior Health...exact same hp as the first...3rd sup health...same as the first.
Basically...only one Major is having it's effect. Dump the others.

Per the original question, it may well have been that the opposing warrior was a W/N, and used plague touch.
Much more effective than 3 pips of mending.
I wouldn't even consider running a sword/axe warrior with anything other than necro secondary. Hammer of course is a different matter.

The rune thing can be summed up as:
Rune effects don't stack. The effects do not add up (clarification).
If he can't understand that, then he can't. I would feel something like the hopelessness I felt when I couldn't explain "market prices" to a person who sold a +29 pommel of fortitude for 3k.

No, I failed miserably.
By the way, why are you using aftershock? Do you have Whirlwind?

I don't see the point on putting Strength in a Warrior's att. point, but maybe it's because I'm a W/R. I put my att. points in Tactics 12, Axe Master 12, Wilderness Survival 7, and Beast Mastery 7. Although, I do have +1 on Strength, but it's only because of my helmet, I might buy another one that'll give me a +1 on Tactics, so meh.
