Well, there are a few helpful things that you can take advantage of from the warriors side.
Stances to start with. You can raise your evasion, prevent being knocked down, all sorts.
Sprint, and other attacks that help you get away from/evade attacks.
Healing Signet can be useful for healing yourself, for no energy cost.

What?! Non-enchantment using Monks have no energy management skills, unless you think Signet of Devotion is energy management.. in which case, sad.

I said getting energy...Signet of Devotion won't get you jack...maybe a corpse for your troubles.
On the subject of which...whats wrong with using enchants now that NR has lost popularity, as long as you don't overdo it (ie bond people who couldn't possibly get hit)...life bond/balth spirit/blessed sig?, essence bond/blessed sig?, peace and harmony. Actually Peace and Harmony's kinda bad but...works...
Or...get your resident necro to BiP you...or blood ritual you...or both...

well to be fair nr still screws maintained enchants. whatsmore, any target that gets hit against an organised team is going to get rended. therefore, your going to get jack for energy off of them.

How many points do you wanna put in tactics or strength to actually make this work? You'd be better off upping your heal or prot attributes imho. And Healing Signet is a very bad idea.
More in general:
Bonetti's? Standing still with all these smite teams these days? I dunno....

yeah just don't go nuts with the enchant...its monks first...which means 3 enchants...at the start, see who's not getting any punishment and break it off. NR is still a good spirit...I'd still use it, but erm...I guess other people don't see it like that. Rending is a problem, though usually you get a guy or two on your off monk going at it...sometimes he's rended...sometimes he's not. This'll be a bit convoluted considering the alternative of hitting Offering every 15 secs...but erm...its the tradeoff you make for not using your secondary (for whatever reason).
Besides...if we're talking about organised teams here...hey you wanna get yourself some...
BLOOD.
IS.
