The Necro that can farm the UW!!??
Hey guys i've heard of necros being to solo the UW. So far I have heard of a n/mes being able to do it with channeling and curses. Personally i don't think that would work since u have no healing. I'm think more offering of blood with channeling. Anyone have any ideas on this?

well i've though of this, and just thought: why not just use a 105/55hp + protective bond (or whatever that 5% one is) + balthazars spirit + mending + breeze build that all the monk farmers use... the Unholy feast can be used instead of monk healing spells (which will be weak because of lack of divine favor)
with the class N/Mo of course.
I thought of i cos i needed money soo i didn't really have 100k to spend on monk runes.

A Necro primary doesn't have access to those monk runes needed to give a 16 prot and 13 heal (mending +4). So i don't think the bond will work well

Tried N/Mo with carmoumi elites. It simply doesn't work. You cannot gain enough energy to sustain protective bond.

you could theoretically work around a -2 bond with essence bond and balthazars spirit. but then where does the necro part come in? i mean you generally use mo/w for bonettis, which i just dont see fitting into this build. another idea ive been throwing around is dust trap with massive spike damage. to say kill one aatxe while theyre all blind (you have about 10 seconds really until blind wears off) and then you can run with storm chaser or lay a barbed trap and run. not sure if it will work tho. but e/r on air theoretically might be able to do it although the damage from the air ele is severly inadequate.
i dont know about you im sticking to mo/w

I am enormously interested in a build like this!
I would think the build would have to be centered around Aura of the Lich. Something like this:
Necrotic Armor
Blood Magic = 16
Death Magic = 8ish
Awaken the Blood
Aura of the Lich
Demonic Flesh
Vampiric Gaze
Vampiric Touch
Unholy Feast
Well of Blood
Armor of Mist ???

Blood Magic - 16
Death Magic - 13
Soul Reaping - 8
Aura of the Lich
Dark Aura
Blood Renewal
Unholy Feast
Dark Pact
Touch of Agony
Life Siphon
Plague Touch/Sending
This should work. Start with AotL, which reduces your sacrifice spells to 1/4 of the sacrifice. Then bring up DA.
Start the attack with Life Siphon, and when several enemies REACH you cast BR.
Now spam DP/ToA.
Use Unholy Feast for a instant health recharge.
Use Plague Touch/Sending (either one) to remove conditions which are very bad with this build.
Most importantly, WATCH YOUR ENERGY! You have to recast AotL before it ends, or you die.

Monks haven't been nerfed. Protective Bond has been nerfed. Monks still have other skill to compensate.

Just so every knows, this build I posted above, will NOT work for soloing the UW or FoW. But it can be done....

This is not a necro build, what you have said works for EVERY caster class. A necro build involves necro skills.. and not more button mashing.
