Won't work. Cause you don't actually hit with IW, so the Conjure Flame won't stack.
Or if you use them not for stacking effect, it's very poor example of of IW/Conjure. Cause you can actually get more damage from pure IW mesmer (with warrior secondary).

I know that IW and CF wont stack, so you either use CF first and do fire dmg and set targets on fire (if MoR is on them) or you use IW and ignore armor and dont do any fire dmg and you wont set anyone on fire
You use IW and CF at different times, IW first, after 30 seconds you use CF if target is still alive or CF first and after 60 seconds IW

You can just keep IW up all the time and use flurry, alot more damage and alot more space for defensive skills.

Why don't you just spam flare? Or use flurry with your conjure, and a glyph of elemental power.
