does it really need to be a shock sniper? might as well use kindle+conjure flame. More efficient really.

Being a shock sniper is ONLY possible for the Ranger/ELEMENTALIST class combo. Hence the skills being used. Hence not possible to use as a Ranger/monk.

If you just wnat a spike build, there are countless r/mo builds for spiking in the camp fire section. Just use teh search button! enjoy
